•Why do you need at least a 2 weeks notice for cake orders?
Everything is made completely from scratch, therefore, in order to provide you with the freshest and highest quality product possible, a two week minimum is extremely ideal. Depending on how booked up we are we may be accommodate you, but a two weeks notice is the best way to insure and lock in your booking. We are a small operation and only take on a certain amount of cake orders per week.
•Am I able to place a custom order for something that I don’t see on your page?
Absolutely! If you would like to inquire about a special order you can contact us at creamed.theconfectionary@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
•Do you make custom cakes? If so, how much?
Absolutely! We create custom cakes as long as the design doesn’t compromise the integrity of our brand.
Custom cakes are priced by the serving and cost depends on factors such as size, design, ingredients used, and level of difficulty.
We do not create sculpted, fondant, or novelty cakes.

•Do you offer wedding cake tastings?
Yes, we offer a take home sample box! Our box is $47 and comes with 4 sample sponge+buttercream cake squares of you and your fiancé's choosing. (one for each, of course) Additional flavors are $5.

•How do I store my confections?
It is ideal that you enjoy your desserts right away (at room temperature), otherwise we recommend keeping them in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days.
If truly necessary, cakes can be frozen up to 2 months.
Be sure to bring refrigerated desserts to room temperature before indulging!
•Do we offer wedding cakes?
Yes! We offer up to 4-tiers and our style of decorating is modern and bold. We exclusively work with Swiss Meringue hybrid buttercream and we offer a variety of unique and mouth-watering flavors.
•Do you cater weddings and special events?

•Do you have a storefront?
No, this is an in-home cottage bakery
•Do you make EVERYTHING in house?
YES! We don’t take shortcuts and this is reflected in the quality of our products and the prices.
•Do you ship?
We offer shipping for our cookies and cake breaks!

•Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver for 48c/mile. I will need to know that delivery is required at least two weeks out from your event. Failure of this notice may result in an inconvenience fee added into the total cost of delivery.

•Are your desserts allergy friendly?
From time to time we may have some desserts that are allergy friendly but our desserts are produced in a facility that contains wheat, nuts, eggs, and dairy. We are diligent about avoiding cross-contamination but if you have an allergy please let us know so that we can be extra cautious.
•How many servings are in a cake? How much are they?
Custom cakes are priced by the serving and design, and cost depends on factors such as size, design, ingredients used, and level of difficulty.
